In the transition from an entrepreneurial period to institutionalizing the company, many changes have been implemented during this financial year. Implementation of the "Plan for a better school" which was designed during the canceled school year 2020-2021 was the main focus. The primary goals were to identify weak areas, identify ways to collaborate better throughout the organization, and implement "Lean operation" in sailing plan and all school processes. We spent a lot of time and energy redesigning teacher development before the start of school to prepare staff for the unique challenges this program entails.
